Alright, this is probably the most common question or problem we have received since the new website is up.
If you bought Classic Jamorama in the past you do get a FREE update; basically your account gets updated with the newest video lessons for free.

We have now imported all of you to the NEW system which means that you already have a USERNAME and a PASSWORD. In fact, the system should have sent you an email confirming this and providing you with your new login details, however, there might be some of you who did not receive the email and there are many reasons involved:

1. The email got caught by your SPAM filter.
2. You have a new/different Email address, but is not on our system.
3. Computers and technology failed.

Whatever your reason might be, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL to support@jamorama.com and we will reply back to you with your new user details.
